Visit times are flexible and arranged around each client, including Saturdays where possible.

How physiotherapy can help

  • Walking and getting around, indoors and out in the community
  • Balance, falls and confidence on your feet
  • Strength and conditioning, including after illness or a long period of inactivity
  • Everyday movement for people living with a neurological disability
  • Transfers, such as getting up from a chair, in and out of bed, or into the car
  • Staying independent at home and in the community

Sessions are built around what the person wants to keep doing, in the places they actually do it.

Funding

Plan-managed NDIS
Invoices go to the participant's plan manager.
Self-managed NDIS
Invoices go to the participant or their nominee to claim.
Private clients
Invoices are paid directly by bank transfer.

Arlovo Health is not a registered NDIS provider, so it can't see participants whose NDIS funding is managed by the NDIA.

Arlovo Health provides mobile physiotherapy across Adelaide and surrounding areas, from the northern suburbs to the south coast and into the foothills.

If you're further away, you're still welcome to enquire as wider travel may be possible depending on the circumstances.

Fees

The same fees apply to NDIS participants and private clients. NDIS fees are within the NDIS price limits.

Travel is charged only where it applies, and the expected cost for the client's address is confirmed in writing before the first visit. For NDIS participants, travel is charged at $80 an hour and $0.85 a kilometre where NDIS rules allow it and it has been agreed.

How a referral works

  1. Send the referral

    Use the online form, or phone or email. A few details are enough to get started.

  2. We get in touch

    Arlovo Health contacts you and the client to talk through goals, funding, travel and timing.

  3. First visit

    Once the client is happy to go ahead and the service agreement is signed, the first visit is booked at home or in the community.

Arlovo Health provides mobile physiotherapy in the home and community across Adelaide and surrounding areas. Care is delivered by an Ahpra-registered physiotherapist, with a focus on practical support for mobility, balance, strength and everyday function.
